3. Orders

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Important:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been opened or used are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Returns & Refunds

To request a return, customers must contact us by email at support@smoochylab.com before sending any item back.

Return conditions:

• Product unused and unopened

• Original packaging intact

• Proof of purchase required

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection of the returned item.

8. Liability

Next Generation Limited shall not be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hong Kong law, without prejudice to consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
